HOW IT WORKS

How It Works

Here’s how the FRW toolbox talk subscription works.

The Idea

Instead of buying a fixed library of documents, you subscribe for one site. FRW emails you a new toolbox talk on your schedule, generated from a topic in the safety categories you choose and checked before it is sent.

  1. Subscribe for one site

Pricing is $29 a month or $290 a year per site. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Each additional site is a separate subscription.

  2. Set up your site

After your first payment, we email you a setup link. You enter your company and site names (printed on each talk), your facility type, and one or more safety categories, or all of them.

  3. Choose how often

Weekly (Mondays) is the default. You can choose weekdays (Monday to Friday), daily, or ask for a custom schedule. Frequency doesn’t change the price.

  4. Receive your talks

Each talk is a two-page PDF — the talk, then an attendance record — emailed the evening before its date. Each is drawn at random from the topics in your categories, so a talk may occasionally not fit your site exactly.

Past Talks

While your subscription is active, including the rest of a paid period after you cancel, you can download any talk already delivered to you from Past Toolbox Talks. Keep your own copy of any talk you need; access ends when the subscription ends.

Changing or Cancelling

To change your categories or frequency, email info@foundationresourceworks.com. You can cancel at any time; delivery continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and the current period is not refunded. If a renewal payment fails, the subscription is put on hold: no talks are sent and past talks can’t be downloaded until it is paid, and talks that would have been sent while it was on hold are not sent later. See our Terms of Sale and Refund Policy.

Your License

Each talk is licensed for the site you name at setup, and stays licensed after your subscription ends. If you subscribe as an individual, your site is a facility where you work, and you may share each talk with the workers there. See Licensing & Use.

What a Talk Is Not

FRW talks are implementation resources. They do not certify compliance with any regulation and do not replace a site-specific hazard assessment or your own safety program.

Posters

Safety posters are a separate product line that FRW is still planning; they are not part of this subscription. Preview posters.
