What is the toolbox talk subscription?
A subscription for one site. FRW emails you a new two-page toolbox talk on your schedule, generated from a topic in the safety categories you choose. See How It Works, or see a sample talk (PDF).
Can I subscribe now?
Yes. Choose a monthly or annual plan on our Shop page.
What does it cost?
$29 a month or $290 a year per site. How often you receive talks doesn’t change the price.
How many sites does a subscription cover?
One. Each talk is licensed for the site named at setup. Another site needs its own subscription.
How are talks delivered?
By email, as a PDF, the evening before the talk’s date. Weekly (Mondays) is the default; weekdays, daily, or a custom schedule are also available.
Can I choose the topics?
You choose your facility type and one or more safety categories, or all of them. Each talk is drawn at random from the topics in those categories, so a talk may occasionally not fit your site exactly.
Can I get past talks again?
Yes, while your subscription is active, including the rest of a paid period after you cancel. Use Past Toolbox Talks.
How do I change my categories or frequency?
Email info@foundationresourceworks.com.
What happens if a payment fails?
The subscription is put on hold until the payment is made. While it is on hold, no talks are sent and past talks can’t be downloaded. Talks that would have been sent while it was on hold are not sent later. See our Terms of Sale.
How do I cancel, and is there a refund?
You can cancel at any time; delivery continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Subscription charges are not refundable except in the cases our Refund Policy lists. See also our Terms of Sale.
Can I keep using talks after I cancel?
Yes. Each talk is licensed to you on delivery, perpetually, for your site. See Licensing & Use.
Can an individual subscribe?
Yes. If you subscribe as an individual, your site is a facility where you work — you don’t need to operate it — and you may lead, post, and share each talk with the workers there, whoever employs them. See Licensing & Use.
Can consultants use subscription talks for their clients?
Not as part of services to a client. Talks delivered under a subscription are licensed for the one site named at setup. An individual subscriber may use them at that site even if it belongs to a client; the client gets no license of its own from that use. See Licensing & Use.
Are FRW products OSHA approved?
No. OSHA does not approve individual safety programs or commercial document packages in this manner.
Does using an FRW product guarantee compliance?
No. Compliance depends on workplace-specific hazards, equipment, processes, training, applicable regulations, and implementation.
What happened to the Safety Starter Packs?
They are no longer sold. If you bought one, your license continues under the terms you bought it under, and we will resend a lost download on request — email info@foundationresourceworks.com.
